SET UP: Set up of booths must be complete at show opening and must remain set-up and open for business until show closing. Set up can begin at 7:30 am and must be complete by 9:45 am. Booths and aisles must be kept clear for safe access throughout show hours.

TAKE DOWN: 4-6 pm. No take down before 4pm! Take down must be completed by 6 pm.

BOOTH FEE: This is a juried event, if you are accepted you will receive a follow-up email that explains how to pay for the booth fee. Note: Due to high demand, your spot will not be held without payment.  Watch your email inbox for show updates. 

Seller is aware that A Knack For That LLC does not guarantee the safety or security for the person or property of seller's employees at its markets. This provision shall apply on all occasions commencing with this event and all subsequent events produced by A Knack For That LLC. Let’s keep each other healthy and safe!

The undersigned Vendor hereby applies for booth space at the above-named show. A Knack For That LLC, its workers, the Sponsor, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Vendor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Vendor waives any claim against A Knack For That LLC, the Sponsor. The Vendor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Vendor's property entrusted to the premises. 

Vendor shall hold A Knack For That LLC, the Sponsor, harmless and shall indemnify against all liability or expense arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney's fees. The above-mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason. 

Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell items purchased from other vendors at the show.  A Knack For That LLC reserves the right to demand removal by Vendor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shows image.  A Knack For That LLC reserves the right to make rules and regulations it deems proper and necessary, and Vendor agrees to accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by A Knack ​For That LLC. No booths may be shared without the prior written consent of A Knack For That LLC. Space is not reserved until payment is received.

All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances.

You may be photographed by A Knack For That LLC and various media outlets and may be filmed by various entities. The images and or film may be used as promotional material by A Knack For That LLC or various entities, as approved by A Knack For That LLC and belong solely to and/or various entities. This contract cannot be assigned without prior written consent of A Knack For That LLC. 

CANCELLATION: Space Rental Fees will not be returned if Vendor cancels. Any Vendor who fails to show up for any show for which he or she has contracted will forfeit space rental fee. Should any show be cancelled by A Knack For That LLC, for any reason, this contract is null and void, and Vendor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. At any time, A Knack For That LLC reserves the right to evaluate the Vendor and exclude or remove them from the show and Vendor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. No refund if show is cancelled for weather conditions or acts of God.
